I am an avid cannabis supporter and they led me to healing herbs like Lavender and Rose Petals.

Lavender is known throughout the world for its incredible aroma and therapeutic benefits. You’ll be hard-pressed to not find lavender in many beauty products and relaxing tea blend. However, due to its calming effects, it’s also smoked before bed to fall asleep quickly.

The primary effect that lavender is known for is it’s incredible ability to reduce anxiety and stress.

Lavender has been studied to have the potential of relieving asthma.

Considering lavender reduces anxiety and stress, it makes sense that it’s also known to reduce blood pressure and heart rate.

Rose Petals:

When smoked, rose petals are known to produce a sense of inner peace, and acts as an aphrodisiac and decrease depression.

Rose petals are also known for their ability to assist people who are trying to quit smoking nicotine-filled cigarettes. 

Rose petals have historically been used in fragrances, which act as an aphrodisiac or to enhance a person’s mood.
